Diagnostic and Fault-Finding Work

Billing for Diagnostic Work: The initial visit and any diagnostic efforts are fully billable, regardless of whether the issue is resolved in that visit.

Follow-up Visits: If more time is required, the Client may need to book another visit to continue the investigation.
Fixed-Price Work
- Fixed Quotes: The Company will provide fixed-price quotes where possible. However, these may be subject to change in the following situations:
- If the Client modifies the scope of work.
- If material costs increase after the quote has been provided.
- If unforeseen issues arise during the course of the work.
- If any obvious errors were made in the original quote.
Complaints

Raising a Complaint: If the Client believes the work has not been completed to the expected standard, they should contact the Company immediately with evidence of any issues.

Resolution: If the Company finds the complaint to be valid, they will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Third-Party Work: The Company is not liable for any work carried out by third parties that the Client may engage to resolve issues without the Company’s prior knowledge. Payment for the Company’s services will still be due in full, even if the Client employs a third party.
Payment Terms
